Synopsis: PZZ100-190715- 202 PM PST Mon Feb 18 2019 .Synopsis for the northern and central Washington coastal and inland waters...Light winds today will become southerly on Tuesday as low pressure moves inland over the northern waters. The surface low will deepen to around 1005 mb and drift south of the waters on Wednesday. Lighter northerly or offshore winds behind the low Wednesday and Wednesday night. A stronger low will move inland just north of the Washington border Friday with increasing southerly winds. $$
